My name is Ray De Leon, a professional tattoo artist tattooing since 2017 and currently working out of Everlasting Ink Tattoo in Phoenix, Arizona. I take pride in precision, creativity, and delivering tattoos that hold real meaning and lasting impact.
Happily married to my wife and a father of two, which has shaped my respect for legacy, storytelling, and artwork that stands the test of time. Every piece I tattoo is approached with purpose—whether it’s a personal symbol, a statement piece, or a design tied to a major life moment.
The styles I enjoy most include new school, black and grey realism, neo-traditional, and pop culture tattoos, with a strong focus on anime, Disney, and classic cartoons. From bold, high-energy designs to clean, detailed realism, I work closely with each client to make sure their tattoo is both technically solid and visually striking.
