Enjoy your wedding day and then capture it forever with a unique tattoo experience for you and your party. Ray A. De Leon is an insured professional tattoo artist, passionate about sealing in your memories with beautiful fine line tattoos. A flash sheet of small fine line tattoos would be available for you and your guests to choose to have tattooed during a designated time slot (typically up to 2 hours). An elegant minimal setup would be used to tattoo from and would follow the same sanitation, paperwork, age restriction, and other regulations as your local shop. Ray ensures a safe environment and will provide all needed tattoo expectations.

*Tattoo setup must be inside the venue, reception hall, or event structure. Outside tattoos are not permitted per Arizona law 13-3721: it is unlawful to tattoo outside of a an impermanent structure.

I am an award winning tattoo artist with Everlasting Ink in Glendale, Arizona and have been in the tattoo industry for over 6 years. I am a father to two amazing children and a future husband to my wedding photographer fiance. I want to bring a unique and memorable experience to your most precious moments that will capture that time forever… with tattoos! Work with me to customize a tattoo sheet of fine line designs that can be meaningful, fun, pretty, etc for guests to choose to have tattooed during a small portion of your event. My setup mirrors the same sanitation, paperwork, and other requirements that you’d expect at your favorite tattoo shop. My goal is to put a modern twist on truly capturing and celebrating your big day!
